Privacy Policy

Overview

Monitor My Beezie ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that tracks Beezie claw machine average values. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored on your device only using Chrome's local storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it:

• Machine value history and alert logs
• Your extension settings (thresholds, notification preferences, tier configurations)
• License key (if Pro subscriber)

Data Sent to Our Server

• License key validation: When you activate or revalidate a Pro license, your license key is sent to our API server to confirm your subscription status.
• Machine data retrieval: The extension fetches current machine values from our API. These requests do not contain any personal information.
• Alert delivery: If you configure Telegram, email, or SMS alerts, the relevant contact information (Telegram chat ID, email address, or phone number) is sent to our server to deliver notifications.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Browsing history or activity on any website
• Personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide for alerts
• Cookies, keystrokes, or form data
• Location data
• Financial or payment card information (payments are processed entirely by Stripe)

Content Script

The extension includes a content script that runs on beezie.com/claw/* pages. This script reads the average value displayed on the page to provide supplemental real-time data when you visit Beezie. It does not read, collect, or transmit any other page content or data from any other website.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Processes Pro subscription payments. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram: Delivers alert messages if you configure a Telegram bot. Governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: Delivers email alerts if configured. Governed by Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: Hosts our API infrastructure. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.

Data Retention

• Local extension data persists until you clear it or uninstall the extension.
• Server-side license records are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted upon request after cancellation.
• Alert contact information is stored only in your local extension settings and transmitted to our server only at the moment of alert delivery. It is not stored server-side.

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• View all locally stored data through the extension's Settings and Debug panels
• Export your history data using the built-in export feature
• Clear all extension data through Settings → Clear All Data
• Uninstall the extension to remove all local data
• Request deletion of your server-side license data by contacting us

Children's Privacy

Monitor My Beezie is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL and reflected in the effective date above.
