Monitor My Beezie is a Chrome extension and web service that tracks Beezie.com claw machine values, calculates expected value (EV), and provides alerts when machines reach configurable thresholds. The Service is offered in a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Monitor My Beezie, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including any gambling-related regulations in your area.
All prices are in USD. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from the Extension's Settings tab.
The free tier provides basic monitoring with manual polling. No payment information is required for free tier access. Upgrading to Pro unlocks automatic polling, alerts, EV calculations, and other premium features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from the Extension's Settings tab. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active through the end of your current billing period (month or year). No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
All sales are final. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, changes to Beezie.com, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
Upon subscribing, you will receive a unique license key. This key is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are found to be shared or abused.
Referral rewards are subject to change. Abuse of the referral program (including self-referrals or fraudulent activity) may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.

No Guarantee of Profit. Monitor My Beezie provides data and calculations to assist your decision-making. We do not guarantee any profit, return, or outcome from using the Service. All gambling involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.
Data Accuracy. Machine values and EV calculations are based on data scraped from Beezie.com and may not always be accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the data.
Third-Party Dependency. The Service depends on Beezie.com's availability and structure. Changes to Beezie.com may temporarily or permanently affect the Service's functionality. We are not affiliated with Beezie.com.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chance The Bettor LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Extension.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
